Today's pose/asana:Adho Mukha Svanasana.

It is one of the best poses to do when you are tired and there is utter lack of joyfulness in your life. 
This position may help you win back that lightness and dynamism which has been gone out all your life. 
To achieve this goal, regular practice of this asana with proper balance and knowledge would help you to be a happy and calm person.
